Shipping, Refund, Exchange,
and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.Ā LimeWorks.us will only consider offering refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to initial transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct final product selection and product amounts. No returns or exchanges are accepted for excess ordered material or incorrect color selections by the customer or if transit damage is not immediately reported upon time of delivery, within 5 business days.

Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first emailĀ sales@limeworks.usĀ within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item(s). Pictures of the damaged material are required for returns to be processed. If the items are determined to have been damaged in initial transit, after a review of the shipment details, LimeWorks.us will, at their discretion, either issue a refund or replace the damaged items.

In the very uncommon circumstance that an item is mislabeled or sent in error, the correct item will be shipped to the customer from LimeWorks.us upon review which validates the issue reported. If a return is warranted after the review of the issue by LimeWorks.us, a return label will be mailed or emailed to the recipient for them to repackage the item(s) and return it to the shipper. There will be no remuneration for lost time, costs for repackaging, or any other expense regarding damaged or incorrectly sent materials that will be paid for outside the value of the actual material itself.

Any LimeWorks.us product(s) that are purchased from any other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to LimeWorks.us, and you must reach out to the location the material was purchased from for any return requests or discrepancies in the material.

If a customer cancels an order after payment has been processed, but the order has not yet started production and/or has not been shipped, the refund will be processed minus a 3% service charge.

Shipping Details

When will I receive my package?

Refer to the map below for questions regarding transit times for orders under 350lbs (for orders over 350lbs in weight please call 215-536-6706 for a shipping quote). Please note, that the transit map only supplies an “estimated” delivery period based on the customer’s geographic location. Other factors like weather, holidays, product availability, and manufacturing lead times can also play a role in transit times.

You grant to LimeWorks.us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license (including full rights to sub-license) to use Your Content in any media throughout the world without restriction, and You warrant that any material You submit is Your own work or that You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions of the relevant owner and that You have all relevant rights in Your Content to enable You to grant the rights in this clause.
